Vernal Pond

This was taken at the Gray Wildlife Park here in Gray, Maine.
Being in the sun has caused an algae bloom. When we were walking down the path to it we at first thought it was grass!

Robin and Russell...

R 'n' R Photography, Inc...has a nice ring to it :)

Somebody has to "step up" since the photography world
lost two great photographers last August....

Barbara and Galen Rowell.

Robin and Russell...go to:

www.mountainlight.com for a lil inspiration.

Oh yes...I loved your pond photo...very tranquil except maybe
for the carnivorous black flies of Maine? :)

DigCamFan-

Thanks for the link to Galen & Barbaras site... WOW did they know how to capture the most beautiful images of God's gifts. I found them to be very inspiring and they filled me with awe. I hope that someday Rusty & I will be able to travel to distant places and see some of these places ourselves.

I'm sorry they have passed, but grateful for the pictorial legacy they left for us to share in their memory. RIP
