I only found this tonight as I was gutting out all the crud from last nights moon shooting session. This was one of those where I was just playing around with the settings. On this shot mostly everything was standard. ISO 200, f/8 , spot metering but this time I was in full manual mode and left the shutter open for 15 seconds (why ? because I could). It's obviously a long exposure flare but it looks uncannily like a planet or moon. Spooky.

Yep it was a mistake... Yep... It came out cool... The planet, err, I mean lens flare, even seems to casta shadow from the bright star, err, I mean moon.
