This photo was taken just after we had left the small West Coast Vancouver Island village of Zeballos. The early morning fog was just lifting and the seas were flat calm. This created a rather eery scene.
I purposely left the bow-sprit (the lower left corner) in for perspective and to show that the photo was taken on the water, not from land.

Great reflection and nice composition. Thats a beautiful looking place, the trip must have been exhilarating. Thanks for taking the time to post these photos.

They just keep getting better Bill, I love this shot. For me it has everything, lighting, color and mood, exceptional photo.

I consider myself fortunate to have been in a position to be able to take a photo such as this one. Sometimes you are in the right place at the rigfht time.
