Hi, I'm a newbie and I hope this posting works.
This is a photo of a rare white squirrel that we have at Lake Ontario Park here in Kingston Ontario. It took forever to get the darn thing to stay still for me. Be gentle, Rose |

Cool shot! I have a picture of a pure white albino squirrel, but it was taken with my first digital camera (Canon powershot A50) under VERY low light, so it doesn't look so good.

Hi,
We have a couple of albinos too but I haven't seen them for a long time. It's funny though, we now have the beige ones and white with black tails and other interesting mixes. Tells you who has been doing what with who!!:-) Rose |

Thanks for the back up!! I got carried away on the border and I couldn't figure out how to lessen it so I gave up and left it like that.
I took the photo from far away so I wouldn't chase the squirrel away so I zoomed, then zoomed again in photoshop so when you zoomed as well....... I'm still trying for a close up and will post it when and if I'm that lucky. Thanks again, Rose |
