Hi this is my firs picture post, and it was taken with my Sony F828 last spring. I really enjoy photography and have dabbled in it for the last 45 years or so. I am retired now, and have more time to devote to my hobby. I think this is a great forrum. Dave

very nice view of the Half Dome... i like the river in the foreground as well. i'd recommend a polarizer, though, if your camera will accept filters, and perhaps rotating this image just a bit to the right. it seems slanted to the left...

Brings back fond memories. We used to take our motor home there and camp along the river -- which was very cold to swim in, even in August. We did, anyway. Thanks for sharing.
