You're absolutely right, dan! It is something I regretted about as I was doing the stitchwork; not having shot 3 moreof the heavenward view...

Chris, thanks for having a look. I believe NY has great potentiality for pano works. I have a feeling we'll see yours soon Just a word of advice; one should be careful about exposures of the images to stitch while shooting, or elsetheywill require some morepp job to match the tones and coloursto bemerged on PS ! I know Canon also has a practical stitch mode to be used with the bundled software.Personally, I do not prefer to use it (the stitch mode only)anymore.

Excellent as always, Bahadir! This looks like it should be a mural in your home...just beautiful & relaxing! I think the clouds (which are very interesting in themselves) are a nice transition from the beach to the landscape. Question though, is that a city in distance at the right margin? Looks like it could a city or mountains not sure ... not that takes away from the capture from any stretch of the imagination. Oh by the way, you have an awesome view! I can't help but imaging having a cup of tea or a glass of wine after a long day from your balcony ... so jealous!

Thanks for the post (& the brief escape from reality!:-))

Ron

Thanks for your kind compliments, Ron. I'm so pleased to be able to share an inspiration which I found to be worthy of sharing. In this photo, except for the road on the left handside, no part of the city is observable though taken from my house in uptown. I should have taken a few more pics. to the right to seesome part of the city from a distance over the gulf
