Just a few views around the village of Little Peover (pronounced Peever) taken on a walk today before the rain!

Beautiful place for a walk, indeed, Ray. I especially liked your composition in the third one. You might as well have posted it to the Architectural Photos section separately. Anyway, I hope you don't mind me clonning out the part of the car in the corner

Thanks for your comments :-)I was going to clone out the car myself but in my haste to get the photo's here I forgot to! I did position myself for one shot with the car hidden behind a bush but the picture looked unbalanced.

The village is indeed a lovely place. The church was founded in 1269. Peover Hall in the last photo was built in 1585. General Patton lived there for a time during World War 2.

We are lucky in this part of the UK (Cheshire) to have a lot of similar black and white half timbered buildings.
