Enjoying the nice fall weather.

Comments/criticisms are greatly appreciated.

All of these were taken with my Canon Rebel XT w/ the 18-55mm kit lens.

I quite love all these shots. You've caught some lovely expressions of autumn nature... A few comments (if you don't mind)....

first shot I would have either left a bit more space to the right of the tree (sort of following the "rule of thirds") OR put the tree dead centre.. And if possible remove those cars (I think they take away from the feeling of the photo).

second shot ... I would have liked to see a portrait of this, leaving out the (loewr) tree on the right and having a BIT more foreground (where the grass meets the ground) and just the two trees.....

third shot... I love this one the most (also)... maybe just a shame you cut the tops of a few of those grasses off.

last shot... I love the colours you've caught here.

By the way, I've got the same camera as you have, and I also use the kit lens for a variety of shots... just goes to show technique often more important than gear!

Well done, hope you don't mind my comments (hope they're not too harsh, I'm just trying to be helpful!). Though I do realise this isn't the critiques forum...

Thanks for sharing..

Paul

Hi there!

When I look out of the window I see leaves falling down onto the ground and when I look into the Landscape Photos section of SteveĀ“s Forums I see how different photographers observe this season and how they capture these moments!
