A sight from the garden of the Dolmabahçe Palace which was built between 1843 and 1856 by the side of the Bosphorus.

Very nice, Bahadir. Lots to look at in that landscape, then you can explore it all again in the reflaction. Does that fountain still work? Would be a nice shot if that was going too! Nice job!

How nicely and kindly put! And yes,the fountain still works. It's just that the pumpwas not turned on at the time of this shot. But then I am afraid the surface of the pond would not be that mirror- like. Anyway, next timeIwill warn the gardenerfor you

Wow, Bahadir, that's one of your best yet! I can't think of a suitable superlative to describe this stunning scene, except two thumbs up!I think you've got a prize-winner on your hands here.

@ Chris, Toshi & Drewaz: Thank you so much forthe great encouragementyou've allowed along with yourwords of appreciation. In fact this is a stitchwork of two pics. shot with my S70 @ Av:f/5.6; Tv:1/500; spot metering which looked a littledark before applying some pp.I find thisway much better than havingoverexposed areas in the image, which is very difficult to do sth about later

Hello bahadir, where do you keep getting these beautifull shots from, just great. Just think what you could do with an 8mg pixel camera, mind you don't need it, you are taking some great shots with your smallerpixel camera.
