It's been absolutely fantastic here of late: in my view you really can't beat an Autumn day that starts off cold and clear, and then just gets better and better :-) I think I must have taken about 300 images in the last couple of weeks alone: after taking hardly any all summer! Here are some of the first few off the camera, there are hopefully some more (and better!) ones to follow...

First off a panoramic shot of the edge of the moors:

This is Wheel Jewel reservoir: "Wheel Jewel" being the name of the old mine that used this water for power:
