Good morning from Indiana! Here is a b/w photo and a link belowto some of the most powerful b/w images of our time. If you love b/w photography as I do, be sure and visit this site and click on each photographer there, you will see many images you recognize, I promise you, that you will come away with a new appreciation for the power of b/w!

Beautiful capture - a little mysterious as well as tranquil. I love color, but it is distracting in some ways, from the lines and composition. It saps the imagination - all you can do is look and appreciate. But with b/w I think the viewer becomes much more involved. Just my opinion. And, I love color so much that I rarely have attempted b/w. Perhaps I am now inspired!!
