The weather today - stinking hot - reminded me of a day I spent driving to the southern tip of Yorke Penninsula in South Australia a few years back which was 40 degrees C, baking sun and a flat, crystal blue ocean. Anyone familiar with the Southern Ocean knows that howling gales and 10 foot seas are more typical of that coast line.

I went back through my old film pics of that day and scanned in this 3 shot panorama. It also needed a bit of HDR blending in photoshop, so bright was the sun, but I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out.

This is a jewel of a shot Ollie !

I'm starting to thinkthat panoramas are the only way to go for landscapes. Single shots just don't seem to do them enough justice.

Cheers Clinton.
