#1places #1 for me(I'd also nominate #4 for the Jury Award

Tasteful composition, greatsense of unity and coherence achieved by the tones of grey in the nature and all thisbeautiful texture..! I'd only suggest someHighlight adjustmentat the PS for the clouds.

Great shots! I do like all of them but I think #1 is my favorite followed by #4.

Why the switch to Pentax? Which canon did you switch from?

Hi All,

Thank you for the compliments!!! I took bahadirs advice for composing and editing my pics. I am always learning.

Why I switched from Canon. The model was a 300D. I was never corfortable with the camera it not well balanced even with the grip. The Pentax istD was my first choice before I bought the Canon. I bought the Canon because of my budget.

Now that the istD is older I could afford it. The pentax has always had a better feel and balance to it. Besides I can use any of the lenses made by and for pentax with the istD without spending a fortune for lenses.

I like #1 and #5 best. The cows look like they are having a lazy day also - all shots are very nice. Have fun with your pentax. I'd be interested to see how your shots compare to your canon.
