Hello, All:

This may look like just a smidgen of white to most of you, but snowstorms are a very rare event in South Texas ...

Stay Warm! : ) Ria

Great shot especially the composition .

I never realised that you guys got the occasional dusting of the white stuff, don't suppose you get enough for the old tennis racquet on shoe trick!

I hope you don't mind but I took the liberty of editing your shot. Please let me know what you think.

Regards, Matt

I like the composition of this shot and the snow at the base of the Cypress tree leaning across the water....... i'm guessing one of the many rivers in that area.

A familiar sceneas I have spent much enjoyable time in the hill country. (beautiful hill country!):-)

Hi, Matt:

I LOVED your edit! It's just wonderful ... how did you accomplish that, if you don't mind me asking? I would like to give it a try myself; have lots of time for Photoshop today, since my entire area is iced in.

Ice, snow ... I feel like I am in an alien world this morning. As I mentioned, very unusual weather. : ) Ria

Hi,

That shot brings to the imagination the image of an enchanted forest. I do hope that you enjoyed some of the snow that we have redirected down your way this year. :G
