I haven't posted for a while - the last month or so has beenpretty busy. Anyway, theweather's starting to warm up nicely andI finally had a bit of time to gofor a short hike. These are acouple ofpics I tookfrom thehiking trail inBecker Park today. Believe it or not, this is smack in the middle of town!

Your havequite agood use of foreground in your photographs in general...I especially liked your first shot. You might as well clone out the twobuildings on either side of the foreland. Thanks for sharing, Toshi !

Nice photos

#1 makes me want to walk up to the top of the hill, to see the very detailed view in

#2 that makes me think of Pieter Bruegel - as an updated canadian winter inspiration

Of course the pictures stand for themselves - very well

And, a heartfelt thank-you to Torgny as well. I was hoping to take a pano from that knoll, butmy batteries were dying, and of course the spares were inthe car.:roll: Maybe next time.
