Hello Gisli! I love to see photos of scenes in different seasons! I really appreciate the boat in the first photo that gives a sense of scale. Judging by the size of the boat in #1 the size of the waves in #2 must be really big! I always enjoy looking at anything you post, very nice work!!

Gisli,

First of all, all three shots beautiful, yet all of them told stories to me.

Please believe me that all three sequences below really emerged in my mind instantly, which can be considered as the power of your shots.

At first peaceful, lovely image, I got on the boat and let them took me anywhere.

In the second I tried to find the Captain Daland (from "Flying Dutchman" of Wagner) sailing in endless and dark waters of the ocean.

And the third resembles a lot, to a mountain we've tried to climb but had been late to return the camp and had the night outside without food, water, fire, tent, sleeping bag etc. but cold, snow, and voices of the wolves.
