I'm extremely envious of your location! so much potential! Imho i dont think this shot benefits from a pano at this distance, the buildings just look to small and don't really pack much punch.

I also dont feel that hdr is appropriate in this case as i dont think there is sufficent range in the lighting, it appears to have been taken on a very sunny day when most of the subject is well lit and could probably be captured within the normal range of a camera.

What it may be worth doing is taking the shot again from the pier at the foot of the shot, thus getting you closer to the buildings. If you were to shoot at twighlight using hdr when there would be a greater dynamic range then the result could be very pleasing.

thanks for ur comments mate. I agree the twilight HDR would ahve been better.

and my mistake i didnt try to pano just the building..next time will def try that.....
