Default Mooving Scene

Love to get your opinion on this photo I took today. It was taken near a town called Peebles in the south of Scotland. Does the composition work good or not?

thanks
Martin.

I'm no pro or amateur, but I really like that picture.
The grass in the foreground, the small village in the middle and the forest with the small hill in the back. i think that works good.
Erm, and yep. the cow in the foreground, hehe... also fits into that picture.
And of course I don't have to mention that the colours are very good, do I?

Martin,

Preferred this shot to the City panoramic. The City pano seemed a bit too saturated.

The composition and much less saturated colors are a great combination.

Good job. Aloha, Selvin

Oh well let's buck the trend then !

For my tastes it's a little too "busy" too much going on and I find the cow in the foreground too distracting - my eyes are instantly drawn to it.

also where the fields end and the buildings start is slap bang halfway down the pic which cuts it in half and almost makes it look like 2 seperate images.

I would also take brightness down a few notches and MAYBE boost saturation just a little.

Nice country scene though - wish I was there
