That looks like such an inviting place. You must have been in stealth mode waiting for the perfect light.

Nice shots that emphasize shade and tree cover....................musket

ps.I am curious though as your using the acd program and wonder if you

use the finepix viewer that comes with the F20 as it is the best program to

convert the raw fuji files from the camera to jpg and store them on the PC?

hi musket, I cant find RAW on the f20le, which i have, i can find 6mpn and 6mpf which i assume is 6mp fine, but no raw, (did i miss something). I usually down load with fuji finepix viewer and then go to acdsee as you cannot do any adjustments with fuji viewer. Dont know if i'm missing something, also acdsee 8.3 converts to 8bit which is not good but what can i do. I have down loaded farstone viewer but need to get used to it. Any suggestions :-). I read the link you sent about colour adjustments, thanks for that.

On the fuji F20 camera and other fuji'sthe storage is quoted as jpg

but it is a camera program version of jpg so the fine pix viewer is the

right program to decode it to jpg proper. If the acd only works with 8 bits

then a lot of picture information is lost in the process. The higher the bits

the better, 24 is better than 16 and 16 is better than 8. I use finepix viewer

for the fuji's, I have and picture project for the Nikon. Sometimes I put a fuji

pic into picture project to use the D-lighting facility to brighten up a dark

picture. When you use Google search for 'free photography programs download'

I got quite a few that way :|.................musket
