Default My First panorama!

Hey guys, got my New Nikon CoolPix 4300

Went to the airport today to test it out.

This is the result of my first panorama shot. done in Panaroma maker 3.0 with three photos. I think its unreal how it just joins togther photos seamlessly!

It aint great, but its not bad. The first photo seems to of gone dark wheh stiched togther. And you can see the truck and the bus whech are in the middle of of tphotos so part of the vehicles are see through.

any good? do your worst!

Guess the aiport.

Looks pretty good to me!
Did the first photo go dark as a result of stitching or was the lighting different when you took it?
I have a stitch mode on my G3 but haven't been able to master it yet. I had the same problem with lighting changing from one shot to the next. Did you use a tripod? Besides the couple of transparent vehicles, it's very hard to see where the pics are stitched together.
Good Job!

hey thanks,

The frst picture was only slightl darker, but generally it has made the whole panorama quite dark, it was a very sunny day. They were all taken within a few seconds, as you can see the same plane is on the runway twice as I caught up with it.

I rested the camera on some railings as it was on the top of a car park.

Hi DanB___

Wow...great effort on your first pano...

It is seemingly seamless!

Kudos!
