5 days in Bandon, on the Oregon coast, and it was cloudy every day. finally, the night before i was to leave, i got a sunset... there was a sliver of clear sky along the western horizon, with a ceiling of clouds overhead. as the sun went down, it shone through that sliver of clear sky, and lit up the beach... i may have only gotten one sunset worth a darn the whole trip, but this one makes up for all the ones i missed!

Beautiful Squirl. Sometimes we have to put in the time and patience for the payoff, and you certainly did here. Great colour and composition. A new wall hanging?....cheers..........Don

This incredible shot looks like it belongs in one of those big coffee-table books, or hanging in a prominent spot in a photo arts gallery. Too bad I've only got two thumbs to put up!
