I guess it would be better with the pot centered, wouldn't it?

And I would correct the horizon.

It's a good shot, with lovely colors and good DOF.

My fault.
I was put on the wrong track by the winding path.
When I look at the vase it is correct.

I think you are correct, a crop off the bottom would both center the pot and give a better composition.
