Fall is a great season indeed! Especially in such tasteful captures...Somehow reminded me of your'well known'Locust Lane !

I'd prefer a greater DOF with a narrower aperture than f/5 tocover the foreground on the left, though, which is a matter of taste of course, foryou may have preferred a 'more dimensional' look as it isnow!

Again, striking perspective and beautiful colours. Well done, Bob

Great shot Bob. Funny, I was just thinking yesterday as I was seeing some trees in full colour that it won't be long until Bob starts giving us some of his fall lanes and roads in their fall glory. Well done as usual my friend!...cheers...Don

Thank you Toshi and Bahadir! I may have a chance to photograph this place again today (I think the sun may shine finally) and I will see what I can do about increasing the DOF. I hope you are able to get out with that new camera today Bahadir!

Bob
I envy you since I sent back my only lens (the sigma)for replacementStill, thanks for the incentive! I might send some picturesfrom last week's hikethough..

Beautiful, Bob. Light autumn.

That´s one of the reasons why Antonio Vivaldi wrote the autumn part of The Four Seasons in F major; besides the fact that many people can return to a less duty-filled life; if you see the four seasons as a life-cycle

And of course nature under the surface already is in full activity preparing for a new spring
