Hi Don!

Thanks also for looking and your valued reflections!

I agree with you, photo 1 is my fav from this group. I like how you wrote: "like stars dancing on the boardwalk"....

Maybe I've forgotten or not noticed... have you done some recent night time photography? If so, please send me a link!

Cheers!

Paul

And Bahadir...

thanks for taking time to look and write your valued feedback.

Indeed, I have recently acquired the special Sigma 10-20! Actually the first copy I had was "good" but not "almost perfect" (as it had some slight softness on the left hand side between about 13mm and 20mm). Not drastically soft, but noticeable. Interestingly it was tack sharp at 10mm!

But I did exchange it at the friendly camera shop I bought it at. and my 2nd copy is definitely better. No noticeable softness like the first copy (through the first copy wasn't BAD... just had a slight "flaw" on the far left hand side at the "mid to tele" end of the zoom!) 10mm (16mm according to 35mm format) is really wide, amazing perspectives, and a new learning curve to get the most out of it.

Your attention to detail again "shines".... as you noticed the stone wall texture and complimenting the sand and its patterns! I also appreciate seeing that "bit of sunset detail" still left in the almost dark sky!!

Regards,

Paul

Thanks Gisli,

I really appreciate your comments also. Your preference for photo 1 is interesting, concurring with the thoughts of most others and myself.

Yes, I'm very thankful for the Sigma 10-20mm lens. A real new perspective and treat to captures some WIDE angle shots. Matches very well on an APS-C type camera.

Thanks for looking again. I hope we'll see more photos from you soon. :|

Paul

Hi Paul. I haven't shot any night shots for a couple of years now I think. Just never seem to venture out in the evening. If I ever do, I'll post them if they turn out. Keep up the good and interesting work. Very nice to see!....cheers...Don

Hi Don,

Thanks for your answer. Hey, DO get out and take some night photos soon and share with us!

I would look forward to that.

Again thanks for your comments and initially for looking.

Best wishes,
