Berto,
Loved the susnet shot. The first beach photo needs a slight adjustment to the horizon, it looks like you had one too many drinks and the detail of the beach looks a tad burned out maybe because of the white sand and the very bright sun.

Great beginnings.

I often wondered what Guam looked like from a resident's perspective not a tourist's.

Guam... Beautiful island. Coconut palm trees sway.

If only the balate weren't so plentiful in Tumon bay...

But I'm up for some deep sea fishing up at double reef anytime.

Selvin, it's just like heaven except for the boxes of brown tree snakes that keep getting rejected at the Hawaiian airport. What's up with that, bra?

thank you for your critique selvin. i did burn it just a tad.. the first couple of shots i took, the samd overpowered the whole scene.
overall, i'd say not bad for a canon a60.

ahh lauren. i see you've been here. i hope u had a nice experience.

thanks for your comments everyone

Berto,

I'm a sucker for canoes at sunset. Lovely, with only one suggestion. If you could lighten it a bit to bring out the canoes a bit more. This is almost identical to one I did near Hawaii Kai on Honolulu. See below.

Lauren,

Actually a couple of the critters have tried to get here from Guam via the wheel wells of commercial jets. As they say, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Enjoy.

this one is composed of 3 pictures stitched.
this isin Tumon bay in Guam.
i had to scale the picture down by half its natural size. it was way too big.

quite a difference from when i was there in '94 and a typhoon a little earlier had done some terraforming of its own on it. its substantially greener now and lush. a beautiful renewal.

Berto,

Lovely view. Nice panoramic stitch. What program did you use for the stitching?
