They say these boulders traveled with the ice flow a very long time ago. The ice flow moved along the Rocky Mountains separating British Columbia and Alberta carrying with it tons of these rocks and scattering them all over the landscape.

These are found at Nose Hill Park in Calgary, Alberta.
