View from Glendale Gardens looking down towards some wetland from the pathway to their Japanese Garden. Glendale Gardens is in Victoria. B.C.. It used to be known as The Horticulture Centre of the Pacific.

Taken with a Canon A300.

A very natural angle of coverage of a beautiful scenery. A bit of lateral lighting may give the trees a better delineation but the naturalness captured here is enough to make it a good shot. A feast to theeyes.

Thanks for the nice comments. I had a feeling that I'd posted it before, but couldn't for the life of me remember whether I had or not. Bahadir's mentioning it made me go back and check - & I see that it was about 6 months ago. Thanks, Bahadir - you've helped set my mind at rest!

Here's another variation on it, though as a computer wallpaper I think I prefer the versions in colour -

Yea, I'dprefer the B&W versionas awallpaper, which makes a great background conveying the mystic moodsuccessfully yet less distracting.Still, I'd alsofavour thecolour version otherwise. Anyway, as I said aboveI was really going to bumpthat pictureif you didn't post it again
