The name of the above temple in Chinese is Wan Tsuen Temple. It is noted for the water that flows through the temple as well as its lotuses which bloom in summer. I visited the temple yesterday, Saturday, and to my surprise, only a fewlotuseswere there. The gardener there told me thatmost of the stems were eaten up bythe tortoises which were fred by temper goerswho did so to pray for good luck.

Disappointed, I took the following: a kiosk where people usuallyflock to to get a good position to shoot as well as to stay away from the sun; and a few lotus leaves in a nearby small water pot thatwas used to keep lotuses for viewing purposes.

7 The name of the adjoining bridge in English translation is: Heart Refreshing Bridge. And the temple is Golden Jubilee Bridge

This is a white lotus I took last year from a corner of the pond on which the kiosk stands.
