took a walk at the park last weekend, before the fog lifted, and spotted these old pilings "marching" off into the mist... i'm not kidding when i say it's gloomy here in winter - this shot was taken at 10:30 in the morning! and no, it's not a B&W conversion! 5D with Tammy 24-135 @ 62mm, 1/320 @ f/7.1...

thanks, guys... i haven't had this one printed yet, but i believe as soon as i have some spare cash, i will... i don't have many monochrome images in my collection, so this might be a good one to add to the wall...

Great shot! Black & White is perfect for a moody shot such as this. Print it and hang it.
