Some years the leaves turn red; long before the fall has arrived

Very nice Torgny! I can almost feel the cool breeze of fall while viewing these pics.

shadokachr,

You should have been there. Very strong sun. Backlit. Very, very strong colours. No extra saturation. Could almost not believe my eyes

The last one is perhaps the best of them. The color and composition are almost perfect, and the DOF is exactly what is needed.

That one should be in a frame.

The Barbarian,

Looked at the settings, had expected spot metering which I mostly use for this kind of motives. But no. It was multi segment. Don't no too much about the technicalities. Must have been a lucky shot then

Or perhaps the contrast detect of the dslr (is it contrast detect?) made it that way. Perhaps it would be even more of a small landscape with an even larger depth of field if it the one blueberry had been spot metered. I'll have a look in the Explorer

I'm pleased with the blue of the blueberry, especially the detail, the dots in a ring and the thin light layer that soon vanishes

Thank you

Torgny
