I agree this is quite a thread. I doubt i will be doing more light painting. I tried it but I prefer real painting using corel Painter. Thank you all for the great amount of information you supplied. Awesome.

I don't see the blur either.

What I do see is a lot of noise which Noise Ninja, or a similar program would eliminate - leaving a less distracting result. Give it a shot.
