Default Breckenridge & South Park

Shote taken above tree-line on showshoes and then traveling back home through South Park area of CO (Canon 7D with Canon 17-85mm IS or Tokina 11-16mm)

A fantastic series, really nicely done. I like the first and last ones the most but all are great.

very nice set.

the first shot is a favorite for the good use of foreground. and the last shot is a favorite for the sense of scale given by the shed.

Wow. It's been a challenge for me to take pictures of snowscapes because of their colorlessness. This is a great series and very nice to look at!

Thanks for the feedback--helps make the 90 minute snowshoe up the ski area to take the mountain shots worthwhile (that, and the great aerobic workout). The peaks behind the shed are all 13kft or higher and the look is toward the NW. Peaks are Sherman, Democrat, and Bross for those that care. The shed itself is at about 10,000 ft near once of the sources of the South Platte River.
