Default Shelter From The Snowfall

Refuge, protection?

Well, you'll get the idea with the heavy branches. Focus on the next refuge. Imagination is the tool

Great shots, believe or not I actually like the last one with the bluish snow the most.

shoturtle,

Thanks. "White as snow" is an expression. Could as well be "Blue as snow" or "Red as snow"

Have the dream to catch a heavy snowfall. Must be fairly good light - accurate speed, dark background, preferably large depth of field to give some 3D effect, I think

Torgny

The way back, It had cleared up a bit. No sun. That fr...... Diva had an appointment at la Scala or the Met

Torgny, your shots remind me of last winter, when we had just as much snow as you have up there

This year it looks REALLY bad where I live (as you have seen on my mountain-panorama )...

Great series - my favourite is the first one!

It is a meagre consolation to see that we are not the only ones with far to much snow that never seems to go away.

You have posted a very beautiful series of snow pictures this time, and it's hard to pick a favorit, so I won't. The one that gave me a big smile on my face though was "Spruce among the pines", a perfect name to the picture.
