Default Dale Chihuly Rose

Named after the famous glass sculptor, Dale Chihuly. Shot on a bright, sunny afternoon using ambient light from the window. These are some of the most photogenic roses I grow.

Default Very good lighting!

Wonderful colors, crisp, fresh sharpness and well framed too, Gary!
Do you use a special macro-lens or do you use the kint-lens for this kind of shots?

Thanks very much, indeed!

No special lens, Walter. This is from the HS-10 in macro mode. The PP done was: slightly cropped, a little USM, and a TOUCH of contrast.
