Default Voice of God..... (McDougall United Memorial Church, Morley, Alberta)

.......is it possible to capture?

Wanting to photograph lightning, I had no idea I'd end the night with this! I left for the night at around 10pm and got back home at 2:30am.

All the players in this photo were busy doing their part. All I had to do was set up and photograph it.

I light painted the fence with a small flashlight near the scene and used my external 580ex triggered up next to the church to light it up.

I've got a couple more to post when I can get to them.

25, 30 second photos, stacked using cs5

Excellent. Love the star trails.

One image or a collection flattened into one?

Hey Robert, it was just me out there all by myself. The "other players" I referred to was the stars and lightning doing their thing. Thanks for the comments guys!
