Paul,

lomitamike,

Robert,

Thanks for viewing and the comments. Yes, what is it. I've always been interested in perception psychology and perhaps even more in epistemology (the theory of knowledge, esp the critical study of its validity, methods, and scope), a branch of theoretical philosophy

The same but still changing. You can never enter the same river (water in general) twice. Everything is changing, yet the same

Yes, I was leading myself into acid surroundings in the late sixties and early seventies. Even the colours in these photos seem to be from times gone (forties' colours?)

1973 an album was released, "Tubular Bells" by Mike Oldfield. It was something totally new. Now I know what the word "tubular" means, thought it was a fantasy word

Thank you for taking part in this thread

The Barbarian,

Yes, I thought you would like them. Remember you writing

"Nothing like nature's abstracts"

No comparizon whatsoever but the painters of old must have been very keen on studying water. They were limited to the moment and the memory. It's much easier for us who have cameras.
