Default Winter skies

a winter afternoon at Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA... 5D, 24-135 @ 28mm, 1/160 @ f/6.3, tweaked just a bit in ReDynaMix to bring out some detail in the foreground...

If I didn't know I would have thought you used DPHDR -- I have similar-looking grass in one of my DPHDR edits. Then I googled ReDynaMix and found out it's by the same company that makes DPHDR, MediaChance. I love the clouds. Beautiful edit -- very sharp but I see no jaggies (how'd you manage that?) -- on a nicely composed shot.

Good use of the HDR tool. You were careful to not over do it which would cause the halos.

thanks, Kevin... actually, ReDynaMix isn't prone to the halo effect, but it can pull out lots of noise if not used carefully... fortunately, this shot just needed a light touch, which is what ReDynaMix is best for.

thanks. this was originally a 12Mp image file, which i resized for the web AFTER processing... no jaggies. if i'd upsampled instead, then yeah, jaggies might've been a problem...
