This photo could happily grace the walls of my home. It is lovely Walter, the colours are soft and the whole aspect looks so serene. Thank you for sharing.

Walter,

Beautiful picture. Seems your area has fostered many great photographers. Do you know (of) "Sportive". He posted really great photos, similar to this.

One day he was gone and so were his pictures. Hope the same doesn't happen to you

Thank you all for commenting my picture.

Initially, I thought that maybe it is too serene (Thank's banksy for the expression!), as there is really not much happening there, and this stretch of coast is not exactly known for it's dramatic scenery, but then I am a sucker for moods and the mood won!

:^)

Best regards,
Walter

Hi Walter

I was also struggling for words when I first saw this.

The photo is definitely not bleak or bland... (nothing negative like that) but it was ... something very understated - but hard to describe.

I like the word "soft" (as banksy wrote) to describe the colours. It's powerful yet indeed moody.

Well shared. The land receding in the background and the boat are great features. I love the foreground detail too.
