Bryce Canyon is an amazing place, especially at sunrise. it's not really a "canyon" at all, just the eroded eastern face of an escarpment, but because it faces east, the dawn/early morning sunlight among the hoodoos is a sight not to be missed!

The layering of colours captured add a nice drama to the photo.
