Nice color and contrast. Try placing the horizon at the 1/3 mark and I think it will be make for a stronger composition.

jelpee - Thanks for your comment. I tried what you suggested below and I do think it improves the image.

Composition looks much better. One other point of feedback that is correctable. I see some curvature in the horizon caused by the lens...easily correctible in Photoshop.

BTW, what is your location in SE Ohio. I am in the Cincinnati area.

Thank you Walter. I guess I take the "minimalist" approach in most of the shots I take. I enjoy looking at the shots later and having them remind me of the feeling I had when I was there and the basic elements that made it so special.

I see you have a bit of "miorroring lines" going on in this shot - like it and the way you captured the wind rippling the water - cool.
