Default Evening Lake

Just a small lake at a campsite in sacramento, around sunset.
A little flash to get those plants in the foreground.

Very pretty! Would've been great if you'd used a diffuser on the flash.

Ah, something else I need to invest in! Though possibly a paper napkin would have worked... Thanks Bug. I do so the issue now, flash reflection, especially on left about half way up. Is that what you were referring to? If I put my hand over that, it seems to look better.

A piece of white writing paper also does very well.

Yes, on the palm fronds, but also on the grass. It's still a lovely shot, though.

Before I got a swiveling flash, I used to use paper toweling. And I made a bounce out of cardboard and aluminum foil.
