Default an evening at Ruby Beach

went out to Ruby Beach on the Washington coast yesterday... a very pleasant evening, though the sky didn't offer much drama. still, a couple of keepers... all with 5D and either the 24-135 or 17-35, various settings...

Rocky,

Must be one of your favourite locations. Wonderful pictures

thanks, everyone!

Jim, that's not lens flare, it's just a bit of mist. that's a 15-second exposure taken in near-darkness about 40 minutes after sunset... wanted to get that 'blue hour' feel...
