Default blue on blue

no, not the old Bobby Vinton song...

i love the ocean, i love the "blue hour", and Ruby Beach is one of my favorite places to shoot, so i figured i'd combine all three! taken at about 8:20 PM on an evening at the end of September. 5D, 24-135 @ 62mm, 30 sec @ f/7.1

thanks, Kevin! haven't printed it yet, but i'm thinking it'd make a great 20x30 on canvas! now if only i could find room to hang it!!

thanks, Robert! yeah, i think i'd have to agree with you... that 24-135 would be my choice! it's about as versatile a "walkabout" lens as i could ask for, in spite of its lack of stabilization or ultra-sonic AF... that's why i have two of 'em!!
