Default Snow Camping on Mt Hood

Our recent camping trip up to Mt Hood in Oregon.
The first picture is the sunrise.
The second picture is of me playing with my new nitecore EA41 flashlight.
(The headlamp lights of the Mountain Climbers are visible on Mt Hood)
The third picture is where the landscape was lit by a 24% moon.

Really like the first shot but there is no way I'll camp in the snow using a tent. Give me my travel trailer with the heater running for snow camping.

Thanks.
I can understand wanting to camp in a travel trailer, but we are toasty warm when we snow camp in our tent. We wear layers, and as for the tent, we put the foot print down then the tent, then the emergency blanket down silver side up, then the thermarest air mattress, then the closed cell mattress then our 15 degree down bags and liners if it is colder.
The one disadvantage with a travel trailer, is that you usually can't get a view like this from a parking lot or campground, (Though Lost Lake is a great campground).
We just love to sit out on our pads, drinking our hot chocolate with creme de cocoa and watch the stars and the mountain climbers. We are all by our lonesome self's at our site which is the way we like it.

Does sound fun just don't think I could ever get my wife to backpack anywhere.

Rainrunner, Photo #3 is absolute killer. The other too are only great. Love the starry display in #2.
