nice :-)always a nice feeling to get a decent picture with your new kit... (think it eases the feeling of guilt of spending so much on material items!)

How are you finding the rebel ?

She's got the DRebel Gibson. Hey don't start off apologizing for the picture. I like it, the colors and clarity are super. I'm really impressed with the subtle shifts in color in the reflected sky, I can see pink, blue and white. This is too cool. Keep them coming.

I also purchased the DR about 3 months ago. I love the camera and I think this a great landscape. I love the reflections in the water.

I got a canon 90 to 300 thrown in around 100 dollars (australian) as part of the deal.

Thanks, Im glad I made the move up although I will still use the G3 at certain times. What i like about the rebel is that for some reason I can look through the viewfinder without my readingglasses yet I need them with the G3:-)I shoot with the G3 through the LCD.
