for some reason....i like this one alot....i can't put my finger on it...

but i loved these falls...and the falls in the last picture...

and another one....i like these falls alot....the last three shots were of falls that were very close to eachother....but i had to rock hop a little to get to them....i'm very happy i kept looking

All very good Vito, but I really like that last one. I like the contrast between the light and shadows. I can't decide, using my highly technical cropping tool, the scroll bar, if I like it better with or without the big rocks in the foreground and the shadow ending in the corner. G/J.

I like these shots a lot Vito - you've done a great job in framing the cascades and in exposing to capture the water motion. The last one is of the most interest to me. If you don't mind, I played around with it a little to coax out more detail from the shadow areas and to tone down the blown out highlight areas. Here's what I came up with...

nice work geoffs...underneath the left rock doesn't look right..has some grain to it...and i think the fade should be greater between the lightened and non-lightened...

but good idea..

oh yeah..i forgot to mention..

that last one...has a little secret..so far has fooled two people...

Well now you have my attention... I keep looking for something, only thing I could figure is you either took 2 pics exposed different and blended or took a vertical pano and stitched, but if you did either of those you did a very good job because I can't see any evidence.
