Took a drive yesterday to try and get some landscape shots. These are the first real shot of landscapes that ive taken with the digital rebel. This area is about a 40 minute drive from my home, a huge national park area with farmland around the edges of the area. It was cloudy in some areas and very cold.

Some very nice photos. I liked the way you picked an interesting focal points in the forefront with some picuturesque backdrops.

I think that 4,5,and 6 are really good shots. I think that the DR's images have to have alittle "PSing" to make them really come out though. I would like to see them after a little fix'in and I bet they would be stunning,IMHO.

dash, they have been worked on in photoshop, I did not want to over do it though. They have had contrast, hue and saturation and on a couple, a little sharpening.

I like the 5th one with the sharp peak in the back ground and the red dirt road. Very nice pic.

You have some nice country around you. Thanks for sharing.
