I just worked on the lightning effect in two different ways. i'd like to know if you like them and if there is one you like best!

I like them both. Either the sun is harsh in Italy, or you have a first class U.F.O. photo there.

I like thefirst one the best. It makes the light look to be comming from ahead instead of being all around you or comming from above.

Yeah, wild. Before I saw the other posts, I was hearing the theme song from Close Encounters of the Third Kind (or whatever that movie was).

i colorized the image (using the hue/saturation control) to a green/yellow tonality. Then I used the lightning effects filter under the Render section - one of my favourites!- to make light (have to play a bit with the patameters!)

I like them both, too. Is that a bird in the lower branches on the left? Shape kinda looks like an owl...

The yellow is way cool but if you had a musty blue it would be a REAL winner.
