To fly a kite it's best if you have lots of sky and plenty of ground to run around on.

I used to fly my kite just where someone was flying theirs today. I don't have it anymore - it was worn out long ago; but it was a present from my wife in our younger days before we could afford expensive hobbies. Treasured memories indeed.
