Default The view from radar hill

I recently made a trip to west coast of Vancouver Island and spent a fantastic three days taking photos of the area. The weather was most unusual for this time of the year - sunny!
This photo was taken at the top of Radar Hill in Pacific Rim National Park. I was very pleased with the layering effect that was accentuated by the telephoto capabilities of the C-2100UZ. It was clear where we were but there were traces of fog in the distance.

Bill - Beautiful scene. Love the foreground detail layered over the increasingly indistinct background. Good eye!

I agree with Mr. Gibson ( :P ). It amazing - almost looks like a photoshop layers job!

Great catch.
